Since 2021, we gave new life to an abandoned field, which was our grandfather’s, in the middle of Umbrian countryside, in Cannara. Now, La Clarice stands there: a garden in which we grow hundreds of varieties of herbs, coming from all over the world, with 100% natural techniques.
The mountain is the place where we observe the nature, learning its secrets. Foraging teaches us
about both rhythms of the nature and precious and rare varieties that hide in our woods. The
abundance of flavors by which we are naturally surrounded, is a big inspiration for our studies
and researches.

garden
MasterChef Italia 13. February 22, 2024. Guests. Infinite happiness. A moment that we will keep forever in our hearts. An experience to which we are grateful and which pushes us to do better and better.
La Clarice works with best starred Italian restaurants, for an amount of 14 Michelin stars. Such a number, crowns La Clarice, in 2024, as the most “starred” garden in Italy.

A Misticanza that is unique and complex. Inti is our flagship. It’s the result of years of experiences, working aside with the best starred restaurants. Inti is a perfect Misticanza, which embodies, with its flavours, perfumes and textures, the multiple nuances of wild nature, during the four seasons of the year.

In Inti Summer Selection 2024, the best aromatic herbs are blended in a perfect mix. An amount of 44 leaves are the result of 30 different varieties of herbs that create an astonishing food experience. Bitter, spicy, fresh, a synonym of renascence.
